Coaching services are delivered by Dr. Small, a skilled counselor, which means that you will be helped with developing the psychological and emotional tools required not just for success, but for success that is truly satisfying.Dr. Small will work as your partner and will help you explore both your conscious and unconscious motivations and discover your true passions. Together, you will formulate appropriate goals and identify the manageable stages needed to realize them. You will also learn to identify and overcome both external and internal stumbling blocks. During sessions you will have the opportunity to learn coping skills, feel happier, achieve important goals, do better in school, or improve relationships the right Online counseling and coach is not right for you if:

· You are in an urgent crisis or emergency situation
· You are required to undergo therapy or counseling either by a court order or by any other authority You do not have a device that can connect to the Internet reliably (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
During your video session with your counselor or coach you will be able to see each other and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting (similar to Skype). To talk with your counselor or coach via video, you will need to schedule a time with her and log in to your meeting room at that time. Your counselor or coach will then prompt you to start the video session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin video chatting.
You can talk to your counselor or coach about anything, but there are a few things that they would be required to share with either your parents or other adults. If you share any of the following issues with your counselor or coach, they would have to break confidentiality for your protection or the protection of others: • If you are seriously contemplating severely harming yourself or someone else. • If you share with your counselor that you are being abused or neglected, or know of another individual under 18 who is being abused or neglected. • If you share with your counselor that you know of an elderly person who is being abused or neglected. For clients under the age of 18 please consult with your counselor about what kind of information and updates your parent(s) may get regarding your work with the counselor or coach.

With many health insurance plans, coverage can be partial or very limited.
Even if your plan covers all your costs, the co-pay that you would be required to contribute may be higher than the entire cost of Counseling or Coaching.
In many cases, before you can get reimbursed by your insurance company, your therapist would have to diagnose you with a mental disorder or issue. This diagnosis would be sent to the insurance company and recorded in your medical file. In some cases the therapist would also have to provide additional clinical information to the insurance company, such as treatment plans, summaries or copies of the entire record.
